My mother was a Blackmarket baby from Dr. Herskowitz & Dr. Howard Welcher. My mom was picked up in Manhattan at Herskowitz's office on September 27, 1945. I have a falsified B/C from Welcher from his private hospital in Union City NJ. Not sure of the birth date as it could be a few days off from the falsified birth certificate. Adoptive parents were George and Betty (Elizabeth) Walden. Looking for birth parents or other relatives.
