Hello all. I am hoping someone who recieves this will have some information.

I am looking for a marriage date for my GGrandparents. I have been told that they married around 1920 in Missouri. I don't know where but I know they lived in Madison/Bollinger County around that time. They were James Luther Phillips and Flora Missouri Acup.

If anyone knows anything about this family or where I can find the information for this time period I would greatly appreciate it. I live in Ohio so it is hard to do much digging in Missouri.
