Looking for family of Martha or Maragret Loepper. She had a grand daughter living with her in Appleton, WI. This grand daughter gave birth to a son around 1943. This son would be my half brother.Would like ANY information. (Possilbe name for granddaughter was either Helen or Mary ?)
