I am seeking more information on the family of John RUCKMAN (alternatively, RUTMAN), who is thought to have been born in Gravesend, Long Island, New York in 1660. He relocated to Middletown, Monmouth Co., New Jersey about 1688. He is later said to have relocated to Hunterdon Co., date unknown. His year of death is said to have been in 1749, location unknown.

I am even more interested in getting information on his wife. It is suggested that her name was Sarah and her maiden name may have been TARRT, daughter of Edward TARRT of Monmouth Co.

Children of John and Sarah are thought to include William, John and Thomas.
