This Straughn line once spelled the name "STRAUGHAN". "Willie"(born abt 1874) married Mary Minnie ( the family called her "Minnie") COOK abt 1898. Willie's parents were Isaac Straughn and Sophronia Webster. Sophronia was my distant cousin and Minnie was my 1st cousin (2r), daughter of my great-grandaunt. I am looking for info on the descendants of Minnie and Willie. I know there were at least 6 children, but I only have descendants for one, Bronna, who married Clarence Willets, and lived in Siler City. They had at least one son Howard. Bronna Straughn's siblings were Wade, Mallie, Gad, Frank, and Pauline.Hoping to hear from someone who knows this family!
