Frederick A. Dawson born c Decmeber 1870 was mayor of the town of Biggar, Saskatchewan, Canada. Seeking information or photographs of F.A. Dawson.
He became village overseer for part of 1910 and was Mayor of the Town of Biggar in 1912. Raised in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, and secondary schooling at Sandchurch, Ontario and St. Michael's College, Toronto, Ontario, and law at Osgoode hall, Toronto. He practiced law three years, then in 1881 emigrated to Brandon, MB farming near Souris, Manitoba. the family lived in Chicago, U.S.A. for eighteen years while DAWSON worked the railway. In 1907 arrived in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, CA and then in Biggar, Saskatchewan, Canada in 1908. The 40 year old was married to Alice and had a 13 year old daughter Marion DAWSON
