Both my mother and I submitted our DNA for testing. Hers came back as expected: 47% Western European (her father was German). However, mine came back with no Western European at all. She does show as a parent/child DNA match in the results, but why would I have 0% Western European in my results? I would have assumed something: 1-25%?
