My great grandmother was Deliah Peckenpaugh. She was married to John Thomas Fulton. Deliah was born in 1822 in Meade Co., Ky. She married Fulton in Meade Co., Ky. in 1848. Barbara Ellen Fulton , a daughter, is my grandmother. Any information will be helpful.
