I am looking for information on my husbands ggrandmother. Her name was Angela Portillo. She was probably b around 1880 or 1890. She moved to Texas and married Jose Holguin. She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, but not sure on the pronunciation or spelling of the city. If anyone has information please let me know. Thank you.
