Is there anyone in Crawford Co., OH who would do an obit look-up?

I am looking for the obit for William Steven Carr. I have information that he died there on July 29th 1950. One of his survivors would be son, William David Carr.

Another source has his death date as 1942. I do not find him listed on the online "Ohio Deaths, 1908-1944 and 1958-2002" and the site does not include 1950.
