I am looking for a Clara B HARVEY. I have no iron clad information for her. She could be the daughter of Oscar HARVEY and Jemima GRAHAM. She could also have a sister named Frances Mae. Frances Mae was born in Whiteside County, Illinois in 1865. Any help will be welcome.
