Is anyone currently working on the family of Benjamin JOHNSON and Matilda Jane OXFORD or the family of Van Buren JOHNSON and Lavina BOYD? I am trying to correct some of the erroneous information concerning these two family groups that is currently being circulated as fact.

Benjamin Johnson was born about 1840 in Jackson Co., TN. Van Buren was born about 1834 also in Jackson Co., TN. They were sons of Jacob JOHNSON and Margaret MAHANEY.

If anyone has information concering either brother or their spouses and children, I would love to compare and share what I have.
