The picture is of a woman taken somewhere in Italy from 1943-1945. My father, Charles Thompson, served in Italy WWII. He had two (2) sons with this woman, that would have been born between 1943 and 1945. If they are alive they would be approx. 71-73 years of age. He served first in Naples (1943). Last in Rome-Arno? Believe first name was Maria. I think the name written on back of photo may be a last name but not positive.
