Can someone help me... around 1943/44 my dad lived in San Francisco at 526 Oak St.....I'm curious as to what is at that address today....I looked the address us on the web but it doesn't tell me what is there. Apparently it was an apartment house back then... We found a preferred customer card issued from the Federal clothing \ furniture store. I don't have an address on that one..
This is just a bit of a puzzle of the time my dad spent in SF...he was originally from Mississippi....he listed his employer at the time as Southern Pacific Railroad Co....mystery
