This message is intended for descendants of James JOHNSTON (b. 1797 in Tyrone, Northern Ireland, d. 1875 in Wolford, Ontario, Canada) and Fanny McINROY (b. 1818 in Ireland, d. 1881 in Wolford, Ontario, Canada).

Fanny was a sister of Edward McINROY. The Edward McInroy Association (now on Facebook) is looking to hold a diamond jubilee reunion commemorating the first McI family gather held on 11 Aug 1911. This event will likely take place late summer of 2011 in (or near) Wellsboro, Pennsylvania where Edward and many of his offspring settled.

Fanny's father was Hugh McINROY (b. ca. 1764 in Ireland, d. 1854 in New York City). She had two sisters who married and had children. Their names and spouses are shown below.
