Thomas Perry, service Maryland: Enlisted in Montgomery Co, Md in 1781, served as a private under Capt Price in 3rd Md. Reg. commanded by Col Adams. Took part in siege of Yorktown & the capture of Cornwallis. Was discharged when Comp was disbanded at Annapolis, Md.
Soldier seems to have received pension while living in western Va in 1818. He was married to Mary Blake in Bath County, Va on 7/1/1817 by Rev. Josiah Osburn. After the soldier's death, Mary Thomas received pension & also bounty land warrant for 160 acres.
