I'm looking for a Lela ( spelt many ways) Phillips born Aug. 18, 1902. Either in Dallas or Hill co, I'm not sure. Her grandmother was Mary Horn ,and her grandfather was Charles Tyler Phillips both born in Lee co. Ky. Some of the Horns were buried in Fairview Cemetery , Hubbard Texas. Any information on Lela Phillips would be very grateful. Thankyou.
