Is there a De Rosa family in Italy that had a son, brother or father that was a prisoner of war, held in Durham, England around 1944. I believe he returned home to Italy after the end of the war. During his time as a prisoner of war, he was friendly with a Margaret Bell, and in 1944 Margaret gave birth to a son Colin. As the couple were not married, Colin's B.C. has not got his father's name on it. Colin's mother later married a Leslie Patterson in late 1949, and later they immigrated to Queensland, Australia.
