Lucille K. "Lucy" Albers of Onalaska, Wisconsin, died March 4, 2004 at her home. She was born June 6, 1922 in La Crosse, WI to William and Minnie (Gilles) Zierke.

On October 3, 1942, Lucy married Jesse Harper in Onalaska. He died Dec 4, 1954. She then married Frederick Albers on May 21, 1966 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Barre Mills.

She is survived by her husband Fred, children - Douglas Harper and Susan Baker; 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and one on the way; sister Lorraine Renslo, brothers Gerald Zierke and William Zierke.

Burial was in the church cemetery at St. John's Lutheran Church, Barre Mills.
