Ayers family of Littlebourne, Kent, England

Surnames: Ayers, Gibbens, Tunbridge, Vaughan, Winer
Hello,
I'm looking for any information on this family. An Ayers (whose name I don't know) married Elizabeth (b.1776).

The husband does not appear in the 1841 census... so I'm assuming he's died by then.

Elizabeth appears in the census's of 1841, 1851 and 1861 - always living with her son, Henry. I can't find her in the 1871 census, so I'm assuming she died between 1861-71.

Elizabeth and her husband had two children that I know of:
Eliza (b.1806)
Henry (b.c1815)

Eliza appears in the 1841 census living with her mother and brother before marrying Thomas Gibbens in March 1848 in Canterbury, Kent.

Henry was a bachelor until sometime between 1861-71, when he married a Katherine. They appear together living with a niece, Elizabeth Tunbridge (b.1860), and some lodgers, William Vaughan (b.1840) and Charles Winer (b.1848), in the 1871 census.

All the census's mentioned show the family living in Littlebourne, Kent, England. However, Eliza moved to Canterbury after her marriage.

Elizabeth, Eliza and Henry were all born in Littlebourne.

Any information would be great. Thanks.
