I have 2 pictures that were taken in Panana City, Bay Co. proably 1943. One is of Hank and Hallie Mckinney and the other is 2 children which are proably their children. Helen and Clifford Mckinney. They were friends or relatives of my Father. My Grandfather was William Thomas Kelley [Willie] His second marriage was to Mary Ann Mckinney in 1912. Does anyone know anything about this family? William Thomas and Mary Ann are both buried at Ebro Cemetery in Walton Co. All help is appreciated Martha Smith
