Hi!
I'm looking for any information on Victoria Catherine Proctor. She was my great-great grandmother. All I know is she was born on Mar. 17, 1872 and died on Dec. 6, 1924. I believe she was from the Kermit/Glasgow area of West Virginia. Her husband was Charles Lloyd Rutledge (b. Oct. 17, 1869; d. Jan. 31, 1945). They had thirteen children.
