I learned from the US Census that I have Polish ancestors. Arthur P. Bogacki listed on 1860 census, Born in Poland, about 1830, lived in Barnwell County, South Carolina. Married Eliz. Ann Willis in 1852. Their children were Karolina, Sarah Sophia, Tullulah, Joseph J., and Colona (or Cullie).

Also found in the 1850 Census for Charleston, SC, an A.P. Bogatskie, age 50, in a boarding house, listed as Professor of Music, born in Poland.

I think these 2 might be father and son but I have no other information. Could anyone recognize these names or how I can find more info on them?
