I'm looking for info on Clifton Peter Scott-Riddle who bigamously married my Grandma, Ivy Lee in Birmingham in March 1939. He gave his address at the time as Tenison Street, Lambeth. I believe his name was false but if anyone can help at all, I would be really grateful.
