I was adopted as an infant. My biological mother's name was Lucy E. Lovato. I was born in California in the Santa Clara or Salinas area. I am interested in finding out more about her. I understand I had a sibling born a few years after my birth. Would like to meet her/him if possible. If anyone out there knows about this please help me out. Thanks.
