My ancestor died between 1860-1870 census.
Elizabeth Blank is on the census as living with her son & family in Mason City, Mason County in 1860 census.
The family moved to Ohio by 1867.
She doesn't appear on the Ohio or WV census in 1870.
Is there any way to get a look up by a state agency, or otherwise? Who would I contact in WV?
I am willing to pay for this service, any help in how to begin?
