Am seeking information on my Husbands birth father. My husband was born in Vancouver, BC. in 1944. He was adopted by his step-father about the age of 3, after the divorce of his parents and his mothers remarriage. His mother was Winona Sparrow. He was told his father was Harold Skinner from the Vancouver, BC area. My husband knows nothing else about his father.
