I have traced back to a Greatgreatgreat Grandmother
named Sarah Stockley of Barrow Harbour, newfoundland
She married Thomas Babstock. Sarah's father was George Stockley,
born 1744 in Bere Regis Dorset England. His father was Samuel
Stockley.
Sarah had 6 siblings..Mary b..1765, Amelia, elizabeth, Samuel,Anne and James.
Sarah,s father owned fishing rooms in Barrow Harbour, Newfoundland. It became known as Stockleys Cove.
