Hi. I'm looking for any information on b-mother named Juanita Carter. She resided in DC. Father unknown, but told he was a math teacher. Someone else said he 'may' have been a politician. Juanita worked as a waitress for Howard Johnson's near the Capitol so this could be possible. Any information on either parent would be much appreciated. Thanks.
