Party to 2 interesting lawsuits. Named as the new interest (and wife) in a breach of promise suit brought by SW Robertson's former fiancee Mariana White in 1873 in Atchison Co., MO. He lost the suit and had to pay.

Serilda is found on the 1880 census of Cherokee Co., KS, with this husband and a 5 year-old son "Almer Robertson."

Serilda returned to Atchison Co., MO, at some point and divorced Samuel W. Robertson in 1896. (She probably had developed a deep friendship with his jilted fiancee by this point.)

Serilda is missing after this. I'd like to find her in 1900 and to identify any children she had, as well as a second husband (if there was one).
