I am looking for any information on 2 daughters of my ancestor Abraham DeSmidt. The entire family came from the Netherlands in 1848. Most of them settled in Sheboygan Co. Wisconsin, however two of the older daughters ended up in Ontario Co. New York. According to biographies written by their brothers/half brothers for a county history about 1889 both Anna and Wilhemina were living in Canandaigua. I am assuming both of these women were married, but no one mentioned last names for either one. Anna was born 3 Mar 1822, and Wilhemina was born 2 Aug 1832 in the province of Zeeland Netherlands. If anyone out there has any information on either of these women, please contact me.
