Am making a road trip to do research on the Allen's and Rushtons of St. L Co -- plan to visit Fine, Pitcairn and Canton. Any suggestions on where to start for info? Is there a good historical society, town clerk or library that I should check out first? I will be there from Wed to Friday so not much time to do all I want to do! Would the town clerks have info on births, marriages, deaths readily available??" Thanks for your help!!
