I am looking for Alecia M. Scott that lived in Washington DC in 1968. She is my half sister that I have never met. We share the same father Grady Scott. He passed in Vietnam 1968 and she is listed as his primary N.O.K. I was born in Nov. 1967, put up for adoption in Boston Ma.
The paperwork from the army states she lived on Fairmont St NW, Washington DC...That was March 3, 1968 and she was 2 years old.
