I am looking for the first wife of my Gr, Gr Grandfather.
His name was Silas Johnson and his first wife was Mary E. Hawks or Hawk. All I can find from my records is she died in 1879 in Henry County. I have no idea where she is buried or where she came from or even who her family was. Silas went on to marry Julia E. Pence. Any and all help would be welcomed!
