While doing research at the Washtenaw County courthouse for another client, I came across the following death certificate and am posting its transcription here in the event that it may be of use to others:

- Born Feb 22, 1905 in St. Joe, IN to Daniel Francisco Knisely and Vera Pearl Horn
- His ancestry is listed as German/French/Swiss
- He married Eunice C. Potter (who's also listed as the informant, residing at the same address)
- They resided at 2132 Lakeview Drive, Apt 208, Ypsilanti, MI 48198
- His education consisted of 5+ years of college
- He worked as a teacher
- He never served in the Armed Forces
- SS#: 381-20-0800
- Died Feb 12, 1991 at the age of 85 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Superior Twp, Washtenaw County, MI
- Cause of death was a subdural hematoma due to head trauma due to a fall
- No autopsy was performed
- Funeral arrangements were handled by Janowiak Funeral Home in Ypsilanti, Washtenaw County, MI
- His body was donated to the University of Michigan Anatomy Dept, Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, MI
