You and your family are invited to the reunion which will be held at Gas City Park on the 4th Sunday of the month in August (as it usually is) Sunday, August 24, 2014. If coming from the west, take Rt. 37 to Rt. 35/22 combined. Turn east on 35/22 a short distance and watch for a sign to Jonesboro and Gas City. Go past Jonesboro and continue on east a short distance over the river to Gas City. Take a right on S. Broadway St. The park is just past a cemetery. (If coming from the east, take 69/35 and go west on 22, it will be a left turn onto S. Broadway St.)

Lunch: 12:30 p.m. Bring a covered dish, table service, lawn chairs. Short meeting to follow lunch.
A group photo will be taken. We will have genealogy, old photos, correspondence to share. If you are unable to attend, please send us a letter to share, copies of any photos, old obituaries, etc. We will place them in the Minute Book for the Reunion. We will return original photos to you after making copies.

This is a really nice park with a small pond and playground. I would like those in search of their roots to have a sense of belonging...and to feel free to enquire about their forebears. Tell your relatives, even if they are related to Rennakers long ago. Hope to see you all there!
