I am seeking information on the Payne family in Upshur County Texas. William Franklin Payne and Georgia Ann Huff lived in Camp County and Upshur County for many years. In addition they had several children who lived in the counties as well. Charles Edward, Daniel Forney, Jesse Thomas, Willie Raymond, Gennie Maud, Annie Velma, Frank Brady, and Juanita Gertrude. I have not been able to locate the parents of William Franklin. Anyone with info please respond. I have hit a dead end.
