Does anyone know how I can get copies of naturalization records without driving to Pendleton Co? I have the book and page no. for Owen Murta. He was made a citizen in August 1871. The book and page number is N-205. I'm trying to find out if it lists where he was from and who his parents were. I would appreciate any help.
