His name use to be James Dale Wallace born in oklahoma in 1973. He believes his parents names are Jimmy Wallace and Teresa lynn Hatcher. After he was taken away from his parents, i believe around the age of 3, he lived with his aunt. Then was adopted by someone else. He is interested in meeting his parents but if they don't want to see him or cannot then he is interested in his family heritage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
