I am seeking information on the family of James HOPE and his wife Elizabeth with daughter Sarah who were last sighted in the 1870 federal census in Richmond county in the city of Middleton. James and Elizabeth were born in NY about 1810 to 1815. Where in NY is unknown at this time. Daughter Sarah was born in New Haven, Connecticut about 1847 and married unknown TERRY. James occupation is listed as painting.
