I am looking for a needle in a haystack.

John W. Adams (although name could be erroneous)

listed on a 1933 Ohio adoption record as being the Father of an infant;
details:

Father
Bd: Unknown - abt 1908
DOD- 2 September 1932 (unknown if this was in
City of Willoughby (Lake County, Ohio), Cleveland (Ohio) or surrounding States)
Religion: Prot

occupation: City Chemist
committed suicide- carbolic acid.

HOWEVER: on the original birth certificate of the infant (before a new name was given and new certificate issued) the birth certificate says;
Fathers occupation: Laborer, Rubber Factory.
(this "could" be the Ohio Rubber Works in Willoughby,
Ohio)

I am unable to locate a; death notice, article, obit or death certificate for John W. Adams or any other deaths on that date or thereabouts in the area.
