On the older records, there are typically two lines for "Where first employed by company" and "Where now employed by company". The person filling out the form took this in several ways. They may have entered the terminal or street name which we would not key per instructions. Or the city which we would key in. However, sometimes it is the Division like "Wisconsin Division". This is a problem because I have seen cards where the person works for the Wisconsin Division but in Chicago.
Therefore, I have not been keying the division as the address. Same with reviewing.
Any comments?
