Ross McCrackin married Therella J Helms, b 1845 Al., 20 Jan 1866 in Yalobusha Co, Ms. Therella J was the daughter of William Wesley amd Harriet Pickard Helms of Tuscaloosa Co, Al. This William Wesley Helms family and his brother, J.M. Helms and family was in Choctaw Co, Ms by 1850. Harriet and children were back in Al on the 1860 census. I have a fair file on this Helms family and will share. but need to place Ross McCrackin. Who are his parents and siblings?
