Re: Corscadden (Carscadden)
Hi, I have been researching my family tree on my mothers side and know that her grandfather was Arthur Corscadden, born in 1815 in County Leitrim, Ireland. He moved to Wakefield in West Yorkshire, England when he was a widower and features on the 1881 census when he lived with his (widowed) daughter, Eliza and her five children, (one of whom, Maria was my grandmother. I know nothing about his own siblings but they probably moved to the USA or Canada.. His grandchildren were called, John, Cozzea,Thomas and William Arthur. If this information somehow fits in with yours please let me know. Kind regards from Marilynn Ingram.

Re: Corscadden (Carscadden)
My ancestor, Elizabeth Carscadden was born in 1822 in Ballymena, Antrim Co., N. Ireland and married John Johnston c. 1848 in Ireland, possibly near Enniskillen, Fermanah Co., N. Ireland. They immigrated to Mt. Grove, Olden Twp., Frontenac Co., Ontario, Canada about 1850. I am looking for the parents of Elizabeth Carscadden in Ireland. Have you any information? Thanks, Mel
