I have family information that says that two Owen brothers came from Wales or Ireland to Virginia before the revolutionary war. My relative was called Tigmal or Tiegnal. He was said to marry a daughter of Richard Henry Lee. He lived in North Carolina. His son is Richard Henry Owen and married someone who died and then married Deniza Jane Michael. Ended up in Washington via Missouri. Looking for more information on Tignal and Miss Lee? Also the other brother was said to have gone North to Philadelphia.
