I came to the board to post some other info and found that there were lookup queries. I just wanted people to be aware that Illinois has a searchable database online where you can get info about marraiges, deaths, military history, etc. I have found it to be soooo helpful in my tree work because I can put in a surname and get all the info for that name in the sate broken down into what county it occured in.
