I am researching a connection to the criminal Pretty Boy Floyd, 1904-1934, named Charles Arthur Floyd. His mother's sister was named Vashta DOBBS who married William James RALSTON and had 5 children: Louis; James; Ralph; Grace and Helen. Some of these children were adopted out (with different last names: Grace's was DONE) after Vashta's death in 1920 and William James Ralston remarried (name not known, although I was told she was 14 when they married) and had Elbert; Evelyn; Hazel; Pearl; Winifred; Pauline; William JR; and Robert RALSTON.
