James Edward Lunger James Edward Lunger, age 72,
of Harborcreek, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008
at his residence. He was born in Erie on
April 11, 1935,
son of the late Edith R. (Dunn) Lunger and Isaac Joseph Lunger. He had lived in the Erie area his entire life.
He served in the Pennsylvania National Guard.
He was employed by Waste Management for over 25 years
until his retirement in 1995.
He was a member of the Star Club"
and Erie District Bowling Assn;
enjoyed sport card collecting, auctions,
flea markets,
his own second hand store "
and card playing.
James was preceded in death by his
wife of 40 years,
Margaret (Lolly) Froess Lunger;
daughter, Lisa Lunger,
grandson, Matthew Pattison;
great-grandson, Lonnie;
brothers, Frank,
Isaac,
Clayton
and Benjamin Lunger;
and sisters, Harriet Lawrence,
Zerna Watkins,
and Pat Simpkins.
He is survived by his children,
Tina M. Pattison (Chester), Theodore “Bear” Lunger,
Lonnie Lunger
and Margaret Long-Carroll;
sisters, Delores Bull;
brother, John Lunger;
16 grandchildren, Dusty Pattison,
Ronnie Tregaskis,
BJ Long,
Marie Burns,
Shawn Pattison,
Jessica Long,

12 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road on Saturday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Private Services and interment will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
