I am new to this type of research and do not even know where to start.I have traced our family to John Hall who was born in Switzerland and immigrated to Maryland from 1672 and 1705 when his 1st son, Joshua Hall was born in the US. I would appreciate any information on John Hall or on getting access to his birth records in Switzerland.
