I am seeking descendants of Tullius C. Hayden & his wife, Maggie Townsend, in hopes that we may be able to share family info & records.

Tullius C. Hayden was the son [4th child] of Hosea Hayden & Lydia McComas. He was born Jan. 13, 1852, in Union Co., Indiana. He died June 12, 1890, and is buried in West Cass Cemetery in Guthrie Co., Iowa.

Margaretta T. "Maggie" Townsend was the daughter of William K. Townsend & Maria Frances Rutter. She was born August 1853, in Illinois. [possibly Ogle Co.] She died in May of 1929 or 1930, location unknown, but suspect in Seattle, King Co., Washington. She is buried in West Cass Cemetery in Guthrie Co., Iowa.

Tullius Hayden & Maggie Townsend were married Dec. 19, 1875, in Guthrie Co., Iowa.

They had two children:

1. Blanche Hayden, born about 1877 in Iowa.
Blanche Hayden married David B. Rose about 1898 in Iowa. They had one known child: George H. Rose, born about 1899 in Iowa. Nothing else is known at this time about Blanche, David, or George Rose.

2. Tullius Edward Hayden, born July 2, 1882, in Iowa; he died April 21, 1947, in Los Angeles Co., California. Unknown at this time if he ever married or had children.
